The Big day has arrived!
The plan is in place, space and time agreed, so what happens?
Take a deep breath and relax! We are in this together and will take it step by step.
We will follow the detailed plan of the job requirements. The level of involvement is up to you. If there is a lot to declutter then we will work together on that. If I am mainly organising items or packing I can do this alone or together.
At various points I will check in with you to see if you are happy with the progress and ensure we are sticking to the schedule. I will always leave spaces in a clear manner. If I am returning the next day I will ensure the space is left in a tidy state but organised in a way that I can return and pick up from where I left off.
I will help to sort any recycling/ rubbish into your appropriate bins. I can take up to 5 bags of charity donations and drop them off for you at a local charity shop.
Finally, you will check you are happy with your new space and you are clear where everything is before I leave. I will ask you to complete a simple evaluation to ensure I have completed the job as requested. Depending on the job I will leave you with my ‘top tips’ sheet to support you to maintain your new calm space going forward.

This may involve moving/ clearing a space to sort and re-organise. Items will be sorted together into groups; recycle, keep, donate or sell. Once we have what you want to keep this will be reorganised into the space. Your new space should enable you to feel calmer and more productive, finding items quickly and efficiently.

Moving requires lots of time, energy and patience. I can take the strain off with proving a systemised approach of organised packing and clear detailed labelling. I can incorporate decluttering into the process as required.

Well-being in the work place is key to support productivity. I can support by organising desks, shelving, putting in filing systems, to save you and employees time. Creating a positive productive environment will improve well-being in the workplace.
